Supercraft Updated to 1.21.7 + Maps Fixed!

Thanks to the great work of the PaperMC and Pl3xmap teams, as well as the Dynmap community, we’re updated to Java 1.21.7 and the accompanying Bedrock versions.

As a reminder, we now support Bedrock crossplay! We’ve tested Minecraft for Nintendo Switch, Minecraft for PS5, and Minecraft for Windows 10/11

For this update, only portions of the Nether were removed.
