Supercraft Updated to 1.21.5

We are live on 1.21.5!

See below for specific changes

• Trimmed a significant number of chunks (at least hundreds of thousands), mostly according to plan around Old Spawn City but much more aggressively around the new World Spawn, trimming out basically everywhere that hadn’t been built, sometimes to within 1-2 chunks
• Switched from Paper to Vanilla (temporarily). This means that maps will not auto-update until we go back to Paper, though they are still available.
• A redesign of the Overviewer card on the website is in progress, with plans to consolidate the various Overviewers to a single drop-down. This may be expanded to all maps in the future.
